Order "For Civil Valour And Merit".
Founded on 4th August 1966 the Order "For Civil Valour And Merit" came in three classes for lifesaving, the protection of property and crime-fighting. This is very much an echo of the previous Tsardom's Order.
Here is the 1st Class Type 2 (Small kolodka).
