The Honour Badge "Meritorious To Transport" (Odznaka Honorowa "Zasluzony Dla Transportu") was created in three grades (Gold, Silver, Bronze) on 10th September 1976 to reward merit of workers of the Ministry Of Communications.
Here is the Gold Class Type 1.
