A bit difficult to box this into a particular section.

Here is the OSCE Mission To Georgia Honour Of Service Medal. A little known award of the Organisation For Security And Co-Operation In Europe. The OSCE has less than 3,000 in service although it is the largest intergovernmental security organisation.

This example is #419 which may seem a little high but there will have been a considerable amount of rotation of staff in Georgia during the 15 year mission (1993-2008).

I believe this was awarded to one of the Bulgarian personnel.
