Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
On 22.2.1945 in fighting for the city of Breslau, Comrade Kabulov displayed bravery and courage. The Germans, dug-in behind the railroad, prevented with its hazardous fire the advance of our unit. Comrade Kabulov hunted down an enemy machinegun position and firing a panzerfaust, destroyed the machinegun and its four-man crew, thus supporting our infantry’s advance.
On 23.2.1945 while attacking a vehicle and motorcycle manufacturing factory, Comrade Kabulov and three soldiers were the first to rise to the attack and with a yell of “Urrahh!” occupied the factory’s entrance, destroying six Germans.
For bravery and courage in fighting against the German invaders, Comrade Kabulov is deserving of the Order of Glory III Class.

I must have missed this one when it was posted, which is strange, as I am always interested in anything related tomy hometown.

I suppose it is mixed blessings when it comes to awards for our homes. It's good to see the history of what happened but then again war had to ravage through it in the first place. As for my own home region, during the war it was heavily bombed by the British - apart from that, completely uneventful.
