Medal "For Excellent Completion Of A Military Education Establishment Of Higher Professional Education Of The Ministry Of Defence Of The Russian Federation" (Медаль «За Отличное Окончание Военного Образовательного Учреждения Высшего Профессионального Образования МО РФ») was founded 20th August 2007 by ministerial decree #337.

This has to be one of the longest official titles for a Medal ever.
