Here is a pair of Orders Of Labour to Eqerem Shaban Vakjari (with variations Eqrem and Vaqarri).

Eqerem worked at the Institute Of Social Security until at least 1997.

The Order Of Labour 2nd Class was awarded on 1st December 1990 by Decree 7430.

"For hard work of high quality in the performance of duties assigned for the strengthening of control in the field of linking pensions".

The 3rd Class was awarded on 22nd November 1969 by Decree 4607.

"For conscientious labour and for good contribution that has been given in fulfilment and surpassing of duties tasked by the party and the government. In the attitude of maintaining labour and society, has become an example for all the collective employees".
