Re: Suspension
Marsino,
From what can be seen, I don't overly like it. Could you "undress" the suspension and redo a series of pictures, including some close-ups of the edges. Marc |

Re: Suspension
Agreed - suspension screw nut too thick, screw nut too squared and not rounded around the edges, entire suspension looks poorly finished and lower portions look like wrong dimensions, and screwback plate doesn't look contemporary period, but a new brass production.

Re: Suspension
Must arrive... Can't disassemble it, I still don't have the suspension, but only these images.
I bought yesterday the suspension by a seller American because the price was not excessive, and i risked equally, hoping there was something good, or at least screwplate or the bolt hexagonal. |

Re: Suspension
Marsino,
From the look of it, you may not even have any original spare part :( Marc |

Now I have taken because the price was low, If you want, when it arrives, i will see you with best images. We are on the subject, can I ask for your attention? I have this, should be good, but your opinion is essential. Last edited by CtahhR; 09-18-2013 at 04:23 PM. |

Re: Suspension
Yes, I like this one. Now compare it to the one you presented above - can't you tell it's a casting from an original?

I took this screwplate with little money, it seems to me a copy made recently, what do you think? Last edited by CtahhR; 09-18-2013 at 04:24 PM. |

Re: Suspension
I tend to agree. Looks a cast copy, with the typical lack of sharpness of the letters in "MONET'NI DVOR"
