Here is a nice piece of early Romanian Socialism from before the Great War. This party was banned in August 1916. This document dated 13th March 1914 is address to Todor (Dimitrov) Mateff (Later Matev). Born in 1891 who was a member of the Bulgarian Army from 1st September 1915 to 30th April 1917 and then again for five months in 1920. Between the wars he was a teacher and was once again conscripted to the Bulgarian Third Army in October 1940 and was ordered to Macedonia as part of the Bulgarian occupation. After 9-9-1944 he was a "podofficer" in the new People's Army and by 1946 held the rank of Captain and by 1948 he had become a Reserve Captain.
