Can the Medal for Strengthening Military Cooperation be awarded twice ?

Here is the answer on this Colonel General of Aviation uniform... Pic taken in Moscow in 2007.

Re: Medal "For Strengthening Of Military Cooperation".

I don't believe it was awarded twice. I think one is the MVD (Or one of the other ministries just not the MOD - different ribbon!) of the RF which is not the same award but is one of its successors.

This rack has been previously discussed I believe. If so it'll be in the "Ribbons" etc. thread of General Talk.

I'm confused.
There is not any other Transitional or RF medal with this ribbon...

I don't believe I have posted it before. The Search engine did not give any result...

Re: Medal "For Strengthening Of Military Cooperation".

If my mind kicks into gear at some point in the near future I'll dig into this one. The picture isn't in the ribbons thread (I checked) but I've certainly seen it somewhere (here) before. Then again I've seen so much great stuff here sometimes I don't know where to start!

There are seemingly millions of post-USSR ribbons out there (just the Russian ministries alone boggles the mind) that would seem to be a likely answer to this strange bar.

When the cogs start turning......

Re: Medal "For Strengthening Of Military Cooperation".

What I can add is that the HSU was a wearer copy (reverse blank).
