Participation in the Civil War, subsequent military activity in defence of the USSR and Patriotic War /where, when/ Participant in the Patriotic War on the South-West Front, Western and from 25th April 1944 on the 2nd Ukrainian Front 8. Had Which Wounds And Contusions, Wounds and Contusions Not Had. 9. Since What Time In Red Army, From 22nd April 1944. 10. Which Regional Military Commissariat Called, Chemerovtsy Regional Military Commissariat 11. Has which awards (for which distinction), Has not been awarded 18-04-1945 was giving communication from the forward command post of the 32nd Guards Rifle Corps in Senftenberg to the forward command post of the 13th Guards Rifle Division in Reppist. Enemy artillery-mortar fire often violated the lines of communications. Under enemy fire Stefantsev inspired by his own example other fighters removing 7 breaks in the lines of communications and thereby provided uninterrupted work. 20-04-1945 was giving communication from the forward command post of the 32nd Guards Rifle Corps in Klettwitz to the forward command post of the 97th Guards Rifle Division in Schipkau in conditions of wooded areas, where wondered German groups of submachinegunners artillery fire had broken the lines. Stefantsov under enemy fire repaired 4 breaks in the lines providing uninterrupted work. Worthy of award of the Order "Red Star" Commander of the 123rd Separate Guards Order Red Star Battalion Of Communications Guards Major Djudin 28th April 1945

His Medal "For Victory Over Germany In The Great Patriotic War 1941-1945" I#0375789 was awarded by the Chemerovtsy Regional Military Commissar Captain Bondtsenko on 5th April 1946.
