Here is an interesting document I've stumbled upon.

Then husband and wife Steven Hurst (Stiven Herst) and Claire Shipman (Kler Shipman) both television reporters for CNN were awarded the Medal on 18th August 1993.

I think the best advice is just to keep your eyes open. The "unfinished" example I got was $8 from someone who had no clue what they had. A good reason not to be blinkered.

Usually when prices for items are quoted it is by someone wanting that amount for the item. As I almost never sell items (everything is usually kept or given away for free) I don't suggest inflated prices for items and if I can purchase them for the prices I do anyone can.

Keep your eyes and options open. Time is a luxury we have.
