Colonel Ivan Rangelov Marinov, Border Guards.
Here is a reunited pair to Ministry Of Internal Affairs Border Guards Colonel Ivan Rangelov Marinov.
The strange thing about this pair is that they were awarded by Border Guard Unit 35220 in Sofia. A unit I have been unable to find any information on at all (usually a unit will be mentioned somewhere at least a couple of times) and the fact that the Border Guard unit is in Sofia, not on the national frontier. The unit may have been posted at the international airport. Here is the document to his Badge "Excellent Border Guard" from 15th March 1970.
