The Jubilee Medal "30th Anniversary Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs" instituted on 22nd May 1974 for 10 years service or for merit to the MVR. Awarded in the tens of thousands.

Here is one I picked up years ago with the presentation box and a "mini" award that I have no idea whether or not they were given together.
