Kornilov Fantasy Medal.

I found this medal on a web site. Described as the Russian Medal for the Civil War

I personally think its for the "Civil and Revolutionary Army Partisans" 1917/18.

CRAP for short.

You are absolutely right, it is CRAP - fantasy piece, based on a jetton or badge of the Kornilov Attack Regiment from the Russian Civil War. Actually the regiment itself was created in 1914, but the badge and jetton were used only in 1917-1918. The suspended version never existed.

I saw a real badge once for sale... It was over $1,000US
snd it was not suspendid.
