Honorary Title "Veteran Of The Plant".

Here is a Document awarding the Honoured Title "Veteran Of The Plant" of the Tashkent Water Construction Industry Plant to V. M. Shirinkin on 30th September 1992.

Even though it was over a year after independence the old paperwork and rubber stamps were still in use.
