Comrade Rybalko [-] Participant of all the fights in advance to Berlin and in Berlin itself carried by the regiment since 16.04.1945 until his contusion. In the fight of 16.04.4- 45 during the breaking of the enemy’s defense inthe región of Gross Neuendorf he was the first to lea pinto attack and first to reach the enemy’s trench. In the trench fighting he killed with granade fire [with hand granade] the crew of German large caliber machinegun and knowing perfectly the trophy weaponary he opened a hurricane-like fire to the retreating German soldiers. In the fight of 24.04.1945 he took the position of a squad leader who was out of formation and leading the squad in attack he was heavily injured.
He deserves the state award – Order of the Red Star
