The Best Of The Mongolian People's Army Badge.
Battushig C13 with document.

Any details on the document would be appreciated. These documents may be our best sources to learn more about these sometimes elusive awards.

The document is for the Badge of Excellence of the Mongolian People’s Army.

Awarded to Purev Dorj who excelled for the second time in combat and political training.
Signed on behalf of the Chief of the General Department of the Border Guard and Internal Troops of the Mongolian People’s Republic by Major General J. Ishdorj
Stamp belongs to the General Department of the Border Guard and Internal Troops of the Mongolian People’s Republic

The badge not fit into this sequence since it is the excellence badge. For some reason I mistook it with the shooter badge. Sorry.
