Soviet KGB/MVD Transportation Document.

Gentlemen,

Here's an interesting little document obviously ment to be used as an insert to the standard MVD or KGB ID.

It states that MVD and KGB operatives travelling on official business should be provided with transportation tickets even when seats are not available (sic!)
