Working for the society you work for yourself;
Work for people is the highest happiness;
It is not enough to be a good executor of the mission. Work constructively, authentically communistically;
Knowledge and experience for the introduction of the newest equipment is the common business;
Working time is the public wealth;
What you have done by yourself must be the best;
Defect in the work is a shame;
A slipshod worker puts his comrade and collective in a spot;
Conscience of the worker is more severe than any technical control division;
Study constantly because studying is the mother of skills;
If you know how to do something teach someone else;
If you have been left behind call your comrade for help;
It is better to ask than to be at the tail-end;
Bring beauty in the work and life;
At work, in your family and among your comrades you should remember that you are worker and you should not stain your honorary title;
There is no place for hooligan, drunkard or parasite where the worker appears.

Communist party considers that moral code of the builder of communism includes following moral foundations:
Devotion to the cause of communism, devotion to the socialistic fatherland, to the countries of socialism;
Conscientious work for the public good: who doesn’t work doesn’t eat;
Common concern about the preservation and increase of public property;
High sense of social duty, intolerance to the breach of the public interests;
Collectivism and comradely mutual aid; everyone is for all, all are for everyone;
Humane relations and mutual respect among people; man is a friend, comrade and brother for another man;
Honesty and veracity, moral purity, simplicity and modesty in social and private life;
Mutual respect in family, concern about children upbringing;
Intolerance to the injustice, dishonesty, sponging, careerism, money-grubbing;
Friendship and brotherhood of all the nations in USSR, intolerance to the national and racial discrimination;
Implacability to the enemies of communism, enemies of the cause of peace and freedom of nation;
Brotherly solidarity of all countries with all nations.
