The seller and I came to a amicable price.
Now I'm just waiting for it to arrive. Actually the seler also has the document to this set but he wants $180 for it. That's nuts! I'm passing on that...

Yes that is serial number and you have to know that fourth and fifth classes are rare.Price for that order is in a range you will have to pay if you want one.

Dejan,

Do you stats on how many were awarded?

From my observations 4th/5th classes do seem to be turning up less often that even the higher classes. Is that the case?
