Here is the 3rd Class.
Documented Lao awards are exceptionally rare finds in the west, even more obscure are Lao award documents to foreigners. This Document awards the 3rd Class, not only to a foreigner, but a female foreigner - of an ethnic minority (Vietnamese national, Thai ethnicity). The President Of The Lao People's Democratic Republic Gives: Freedom Order 3 To Comrade: Lô-Thị-Thạch. "For merit to the Lao Revolution and is written into the memory of the nation" Viêng-Chăn 15-08-1982 President Of The Lao People's Democratic Republic Souphanouvong
