1- Order of the Red Banner / Řád rudé zástavy; Order of the Red Star / Řád rudé hvězdy; Order of Labor / Řád práce - a sew-on bar 2- Decoration for Merit in the Defence of the Homeland / ??? - single, pinback |

Hi Ed,just to clear up the question marks, that is indeed the ribbon for the Medaille "Za zásluhy o obranu vlasti"
