oh, I still need to buy the book of this gentlemen. It is maybe the best source for beginning westerners and for all collector eager to find the scarce and expensive pre-1956 awards...

Finally arrived, after more than one month and a half waiting... :)
By the way, does anyone know if this medal or other HPR awards included other benefits, like their Soviet counterparts?

Here is a Type 1. It was obtained for the "not serious" price of a single digit (including postage etc.). Very little demand in Hungarian awards and this one is not as "heavy" as others despite the fantastic design.
