Document Stamps
Hello everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has ever researched the stamps we find so often on documents. I'm not able to read or write Russian ( which has been a real problem for me in this hobby ) so I was curious if there is any good information within these stamps that we are overlooking? Seems like many are different. Some have serial numbers, some look like stamps which are specific to a military unit. Art

The next pictures and info are the courtesy of Nota Bene:) :
Some original WWII ink seals often found on fake award documents. This doesn't mean, of course, that you can't find one of those on an original document. Department of the Fortified Areas of the Stalingrad Front : |
