Soldier Of Liberation Decoration.

Once again the NLF Decoration should not be confused with the Order of the same name even though it is identical as far as I can see, apart from the suspension type. The decoration bears the inscription CHIEN SI GIAI PHONG (Soldier of Liberation).
Although this Decoration was only awarded in one class it is often seen with added stars on the ribbon which should not be the case. The ribbon should be the bi-colour red and blue as shown below.
