For Bravery,0474630,Gunner,220th Guards Interceptor-Anti-Tank Artillery Regiment
Here is the Medal "For Bravery" #474630. The heavy speckling was caused by frequent contact with the arm of a Glory III.

The record card had the date a year late....
3. Guards Junior Sergeant Kostienko, Nikolaj Ivanovich - Aimer 6th Battery, for that, during the battle on 24th September 1943 for the village of Golubovka turned around from march directly laying fire from his gun, whilst under heavy mortar and machinegun fire, destroying 3 machinegun points, 1 gun putting on direct fire and up to 20 soldiers and officers, that ensured the unhindered advance of our infantry and mastery of the specified village.

Unfortunately the village name is far too common to pin-point exactly (there were even multiple in the area the regiment was active at this time)
His 13th February 1945 awarded Glory III also came with an old style record card (very unusual for such a late award) which does not list the number.
