Here is the Commemorative Medal "25 Years Of The Withdrawal Of Troops From Afghanistan" (Пам'ятна Медаль «25 Років Виведення Військ З Афганістану») an official state award of Ukraine. Founded on 14th February 2014 by Decree #79. Awarded to all veterans of service within Afghanistan during the 1979-1989 period.

A very high quality Medal produced by the Ukrainian Mint.
