Comrade Guzov, working as head of economic department of the staff, over the period of the Army offensive proved himself to be energetic, able to organize supply of officers in combat conditions. In spite of great length of the front of the army and quick advance, being away from main supply bases, comrade Guzov managed to organize regular supply of officers with hot food and to provide them with all necessary living conditions, thus relieving the command from redundant economic problems.

For his initiative and ability to organize supply of officers in combat conditions he deserves to be awarded with the order “Red Star”.

Conclusion: deserves to be awarded for long service in the Red Army with medal “For Military Merits”.
