These are not cufftitles but tresses for the function of Hauptfeldwebel (Spiess). The sleeve shield is for a Fähnrich.

The "wings" are right for this tunic. They are for general qualification and could be worn by army, air force and marine members.

I don't really know much about the DDR uniforms, but they sure do look cool :thumbsup

DDR is cool. I love collecting DDR along with DDR items. I have seem these uniforms before. They were offered to me. I believed the price was a little too steep for what they were. I hope you got a good price.
