Lithuanian Folk badge? / Exhibition badge

Browsing around on the web I found this item a while back, i think it was described as a folk badge of some sort, any ideas?
Reverse images, now that mint mark looks familiar, was Hugh Hefner in Lithuania during the communist period? :D

It is a Lithuanian exhibition badge.

It wasn't for the Lithuanian SSR playboy bunny club after all then :D

On a more serious note, what do you make of the mark on the reverse?

Taz,

It is a well known mintmark. It can be found on 5-sided suspensions and on a variety of badges.
