Nice small album devoted to the posters of the Great Patriotic War. The album includes 210 selected works from the poster fund of the Russian State Library. The significant part of posters have not been published since the War. the vast majority of them show soldiers or civilians with orders and medals.

A real must!! :thumbsup I recommand it (I bought it in St Petersburg, where it was easily available at the time of the 60 years of the GPW celebrations).

Looks nice! Christophe, are the pages of this book very big or small. Just to know if these are detailed pictures from the posters. You said it's a small album because of the numbers of the pages or because the size of the book?

It is a 17x24 cm book, so a "small" one in terms of size...;) But the pics are of excellent quality.

Here is an example of a poster dedicated to the war effort (1942).
