Hi,

here is another Merchant Marine Badge from the 30´s. Does somebody
knows exactly for what it is. Is somebody able to translate the text on the back

According to Znaki i Zhetonyi Rossiyskovo Flota by Volkovskiy, this is a zheton for graduates from the Ship Constructio course at Severniy (Northern) Shipyard.

This inscription reads "1st Graduating Class Shk. Sh U M P. (a particular school or course?, Northern Shipyard, I.I. Kulakov, Jan 20 1931"
