BTW, on another pic, Lenin very clearly wears what seems to be a pin / badge... but not a button, nor a pressing label.

Has anyone an idea about what it was ?

I, watching a Discovery Channel documentary about Lenin and Stalin, saw, when Lenin was already dead and dissected, something in his jacket that looked as a Red Banner. I´m almost sure that it was, because the shape was 100% identical. Maybe he was awarded the RB...?

This (on the picture) does not look at all as a Red Banner... and there is a kind of "textile" suspension...

The mystery seems total !!

The rosette ribbon, often seen backing RSFSR Red Banners wasn't actually a Soviet creation. Imperial Russian miniatures had the same sort of rosettes made from the ribbon of the award. Most frequently seen is the St. George ribbon in rosette form. I believe it dates back to the 19th century.
