Polish badge - copy or original?

Copy (could be veteran's, tough I don't know what is this badge), as Andrzej Panasiuk started his engarvr's workshop in 1975 - the workshop still works and is mainly famous for making copies of pre-war awards (If you look for the name for a on the internet, You willfind their website with the ir offer (has eanglish version as well)
