Partisan Medal Document w/Stalingrad

Does anyone have any information on the latest fake paper docs coming out of the FSU?

This set presented itself and some collectors at the local club expressed unspecified doubts about it and the seller.

I've examined it and several other period documents and have only superficial reservations about it, but wanted to throw it out to you guys.

The only two things that bug me are:

1. the "TOP SECRET" on the Partisan document - I've seen SECRET on many documents that didn't in my opinion require it, but this is TOP secret.

2. Our hero in question was supposedly assisting as the Chief of Artillery in a partisan unit near Bryansk from 8 DEC 41-7 JUN 1942. He then jumps to Stalingrad in time prior to the mop of German troops in winter 42/43 to earn that medal.

I've examined everything I know concerning the authenticity of these documents, the stamps, printing, etc. and "invested" in my conviction, however the others' unspecified reluctance and these two data points are poking me.
