Badge "For Merit".

Here is the Badge "For Merit" ("Pentru Merite") 1st Class of the Carbineer Troops of the Ministry Of Internal Affairs Moldova. The Badge was created on 24th November 1998 in two classes. Not a vast number of these have been awarded over the last 20 years.
