Here is the Dog Handler qualification 3rd Class. Awarded to Border Guards. Inscribed "Neprojdou!" (Will not pass!) and produced by Zukov of Prague.

Are You sure it's dog handler? I think the dog's head was the symbol of the CZS border guards.

Not too certain on that one. I suppose a matching document would help there. Although I do believe I have seen other non-dog Border Guard Qualification Badges.
