Civil Aviation Club Membership Badge

I am new to this site. Can anyone confirm this badge. I have seen it listed as 'Graduate of Flight School' (listed with other badges in a section on Czech Air Force in England in a reference booklet I have) and also listed for sale as "Civil pilot badge circa 1930s". One jph file attached. Thanks.

I just received a private reply from a dealer who had one for sale in Prague. Any comments to his reply to me: this badge was issued to members of the Civil Aero Club. The Club prepared young pilots, training them to fly sporting planes (e.g., small two person types) and gliders/sailplanes. Most of graduates of the club continued their study/training in military flight schools and then become military pilots. In fact, this club was organized as the first level education for future state pilots. The Club was highly supported by government and army.
