Re: Odznak ceskoslovenského partyzána

Not a great deal of additional info right now sorry :(

Here is Karel Hlasny wearing his decoration though, so at least we know where it was worn.

Regards Eddie

Czech Partisan Star

Picked this pair up recently. Anyone know what the requirements were to obtain this? How common is it? Value?

Re: Czech Partisan Star

Odznak ceskoslovenského partyzána.

Was created and given to the training of Czech partisans as well as some Yugoslav partisans who fought shoulder to shoulder against the German invader. 24,000 of them numbered. Subsequently established, but no more numbers.
An example of numerical order of my collection :

Re: Odznak ceskoslovenského partyzána

I just got one of these partisan stars. Questions: Obviously, they did not number all of these; any idea when and/or why they stopped numbering? Other question is anybody have documents for these?

Re: Badge "Czechoslovak Partisan".

This is my first type Czech Partisan Badge, numbered 422 and cased. The badge is not hallmarked, but appears to be made of silver. The miniature is solid and appears to be silver also. No printing on the lid of the case. The number 422 is written on the base of the case, but I don't know when it was done. (original to mint, or if a collector did it?)

Re: Badge "Czechoslovak Partisan".

This is my second type Czech Partisan Badge. This one is not numbered, the mini is hollow and has some hallmarks, the case is again unmarked.

I really like the "action" of this badge with the charging man holding a PPSH.
