Sorry I was not specific, I wrote in this section as I did find the medal suspicious because I could not find one that looked just like it. I will make sure to state my authenticity concerns more clearly next time.

Got it! It's a genuine piece, don't worry about it. I believe there are 20+ variations of this medal.

Welcome. Yes, they and the documents are real. They were awarded for doing well in an annnual labor competition.

Thanks desantnik and can you say if this is real too?
I have bought this labour medal for 5 US dollars.
But is it real? the white in the suspension is almost grey and 5 dollars for a medal is too cheap.

Hello and welcome.
I doubt there are fakes of the Labor Vet's medals since they awarded around 10 million of them. And getting that and the award booklet for $5 is a good deal! :)
And the two Labor badges with cards to the same person are very very nice!
Very nice collection so far.

In fact there are over 39,197,100 of these medals awarded, making it the most awarded medal ever. I have seen these sell with booklet for less than 2 USD on eBay.

Maybe so, but most certainly not with this type of document. It is the scarcer variety, issued by the Presidium of a Soviet Republic :rolleyes:
