His Jubilee Medal "70 Years Of The Armed Forces Of The USSR" was awarded by the Ordzhonikidze Regional Military Commissariat of Zaporozh'e on 23rd February 1988.
His Jubilee Medal "Fifty Years Of Victory In The Great Patriotic War" and Medal Of Zhukov were awarded by Ukraine.

The citation for his missing Medal "For Combat Merits" (which may be in the collection - I still have 50+ to research by serial) and his Act for the Medal "For The Liberation Of Prague". The group came with the Prague but I didn't have confirming documents until after the photograph was taken.
Seeing there is considerable water damage to some of his documents it is possible some were not as lucky and were destroyed.
