Jubilee Award Badge "10 Years Of The United Work Collective Council".
The OSTK, or United Work Collective Council, led the political movement for the separation of Transdniestria from Moldova. Here's the 10 Years of the OSTK award, which is featured in the 2004 book, "Awards of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic". As the gold gilding was so bright with flash, I had to photograph this in open shade- sorry about my "hand shake" (I'm at that age). This bears the St. Petersburg State Mint mark.

Just got the document that goes with the award; I've been told the award is on the rare side of things, so the document is probably more rare (took awhile to find both).
