Re: Colonel Ljuben Antonov Angelov.
Although the Medal "Patriotic War 1944-45" is undated, going by the number it was probably issued 1953-1955. The 10 years service "Red Banner" was originally #7048 as is stated in the book twice but a heavy worn "Red Banner" type 2 (unnumbered) is included in this set. There are two reasons for this either 1. The dealer "made it up" but if they did that I would think they would put another Type 1 with the set or 2. The officer's "Red Banner" broke off (as they often do) as he was issued with a replacement. I personally believe the latter to be the most likely.

Re: Colonel Ljuben Antonov Angelov.
Angelov's "People's Republic Of Bulgaria" 1st Class may well have been awarded as a 25 years service award.
