Ron,
Thanks. So it is 1,2192m x 0,914400m with "m" meanining metre. I use those same Display Cases as Dave posted some time ago in this thread, but even if in different sizes they are smaller. Have 6 of different sizes now, so I try to distribute the Medals and Orders (Soviet and Mongolian) in different Cases, but with the collection increasing all the time I'm always in need of more Will post pics later, but the pics are almost never up to date as there are new arrivals quite often... Sorry Dolf
I should have looked where you were from, we use metric here in Canada also. I used the old standard system for our american friends. Your measurements are correct. Quote:

Ron,
Here are some pics, but except for the Motherhood Medals and Orders, these are only temporary, as for the number of Awards or how they are distributed among the Display Cases. Look forward to see your pics. Also like to put some Certificates on frames, I think they look even nicer that way. As for the holes on some Display Cases that's because some Awards are missing that should join the others soon Best, Dolf Last edited by CtahhR; 06-09-2014 at 12:52 PM. |

Ron,
Glad to see that you enjoy the pics, thanks. "Impressive!" Well, mine is just a small collection compared to others I wish Rusty would post pics of his own collection, that must be really IMPRESSIVE!... Ok, Rusty?... I love these Mongolian Awards too, they are even much more beautiful than what they look on these poor quality pics (50Kb limit ) Still a few more to arrive soon (I hope ) Will try to update the pics in a couple of weeks or so, if Eddie or another Moderator is kind enough to delete these ones then. Dolf,
I'm a small time collector compared to others I know! Besides, Mine just hang on the flag over my bed and the doubles sit in boxes, nothing as impressive as you guys have it in pretty boxes and all... Rusty.
