Correct. Generally (it's not always the case) you can apply an x% 'discount' to the prices there to get the regular non-dealer market value of items. I paid a bit less than the usual x% I apply to the published NJ prices. Still not 'cheap' but with only 50 of these items ever manufactured and this one being a very early one (chronologically speaking, Dandar was only the 5th person to be awarded the Hero title and only the 2nd person to actually get a gold star issued) plus to a major character made it worth it.

I've found though that there are also other factors which come into play when acquiring such high end items.

Agree with you on that blog, it was a little treasure finding that one and reading the various articles!
