1. "Kan" should be "Candidate" - show picture of the IODOF 2. "i/s" is itendantskaya sluzhba, or quartermaster, i.e. logistics 3. Show picture 4. "Zam" is "deputy" 5. Chief of Staff 6. s/d is Rifle Division 7. Gosbezopastnosti or State Security |

Here are the requested pictures
Thanks for the help so far.
The first attachment is in relation to the "Kan ?" abbreviation. The second shows the "XMOP" abbreviation. The complete line seems to read "Head of Financial Services (FO) XMOP (?)" The third is the stamp for the same document in case it is informative. Simon |

It is FO KMOR. Tje "FO" is Fiscal Office and I believe "K" is an illegible geographic locale. "MOR" usually relates to something naval. |

Further Info
Thanks Paul, based on your suggestion I did some heavy Googling and found that:
МОР (MOR) = морской оборонительный район = Naval Defensive zone. If, as you suggest, the X/K relates to a geographic location then perhaps it could be Kronstadt. I assumed it was an X because it seemed different to the K in nachalnik. Does anyone have a list of GPW Naval defensive zones? Simon |

Well if this document awarded to a foreigner accompanies the mini, we've discussed a Polish link to these minis above. I see a perfect fit.

Re: Victory Over Germany Medal Document
Ruiz,
The first one is to Pugachev, Semion Nazarovitch. Issued by Commader of the Rear of the Red Army Airforce Lt.-Gen of the Airforce Zharov. The other one is to Red Army Private Siromolotov, Vasily Filipovitch. Can't quite figure out the signature, but looks like Commander of the 215th Detached Communications Division Major Kutuzov.
