Hero Determined To Victory.

The Hero Determined To Victory (Dũng Sĩ Quyết Thắng) was an award of the National Liberation Front Of Southern Vietnam, awarded in three Classes for combat action against the South Vietnamese/Americans. Created I believe in mid 1965, it was awarded (in one Class or another) to just under 9% of combatants.

This is the 3rd Class. A sturdy yet extremely thin piece (less than 1mm).
