Huichon Power Station Commemorative Medal.

Here is the Huichon Power Station Commemorative Medal (희천발전소기념메달). Founded on 21st October 2011, with the Power Station being "completed" 7 years ahead of schedule. The structural integrity of the dam is questionable and it has even been reported that failings in the plant directly attributed to Kim Jong-Il's death.

As with all modern production DPRK awards this is very light. The suspension plate isn't as poor or flimsy as I have seen.
