"Friendship" Order.
Here is the Order "Friendship" ("Do'stlik" Orden). Created on 6th May 1994 to replace the Soviet Order. Unfortunately the award's design features the spelling mistake "D'ostlik"
Awarded "for great achievements in promoting friendship, mutual understanding and agreement between the representatives of all nations and nationalities living in Uzbekistan, the development of friendship and comprehensive cooperation of the people of Uzbekistan with the peoples of other countries." It is awarded around 50-80 times a year. This is #371.
