Police Academy Graduation Badge.
Here is the Police Academy Graduation Badge of the Ministry Of Internal Affairs. Awarded for successful completion of the officer course of the Police Academy.
This is a Type 1. The Type 2 has been designed but may not have yet been produced/issued. A heavy, solid, two piece construction with hard enamel produced in the Russian Federation.
